Our Musical Director Bridget Hardy is an experienced, professional mezzo-soprano that teaches from both sheet music and by ear. The final hour of the session experienced musician Colin Hazel accompanies us on the piano.
We have a wide-ranging repertoire, including classical, baroque, folk, musical theatre and pop. We sing in a mixture of male and female voices, predominantly in two-, three- and sometimes four-part harmony. There are no auditions to join the choir.
We put on a concert after two terms of rehearsing.
Fees vary slightly depending on the length of the term and are payable at the start of each term by cheque or Bankers Order. (We do not handle cash.) Fees are always accurately updated on this website, see CHOIR DETAILS subheading Term Dates & Fees.
